Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on November 15, 2023, found that Vitas Healthcare Corporation Atlantic, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure survey completed on August 25, 2023.
